Mayor Reagor's actions last week went too far. The rules he initiated have effectively shut down citizen speech and participation. The citizens of Llano must remind him of who he is.

II.  Tell us the truth

III.  Give us sufficient time

IV.  Listen to us

V.  Give us all the information

VI.  Include us in the process

VII.  Don’t violate these rights
