Llano Mayor's Rules vs. Llano Citizens' Bill of Rights
Last week, Mayor Reagor published a procedure for Citizen participation
in Council meetings that, along with other practices, severely limits a
citizen's ability to know and control what the City is doing and spending.
It is our duty as citizens to be watchful of government and maintain control
of the powers we have given. Thus, we propose an alternative to the Mayor's
approach to Open Government - the Llano Citizens' Bill of Rights.
